Hi there, I'm Himali.

I’m a unique blend of UX designer with architectural and urban design background who loves to build her way out of complex problems. Architecture taught me how to apply rigor and think critically. Whereas my passion pushed me to think deeply and empathically for our dear (and often neglected) users. When I view the world through these lenses, I don’t see problems, I see some fantastic opportunities.

Throughout my life, I have lived in various cities, states, and countries, experiencing a wide range of climates, from the sweltering 122F heat of Ahmedabad, India, to the bone-chilling -41F cold of Ames, Iowa. This opportunities have helped me hone my ability to adapt quickly to new challenges and situations. My diverse upbringing has instilled in me an appreciation for all cultures, which I strive to incorporate into my design work.

In my free time, I enjoy traveling, hiking, kayaking, and indulging in the relaxing pastime of sketching and painting.
